The 2022 Ad Age Small Agency Awards will honor small, independent agencies that showed their strength and creativity by producing innovative and exciting work despite the overwhelming hurdles of the past couple of years.
Even as the ad business rebounded, some of the challenges of 2020 remained, while the talent pool tightened and plans continued to be disrupted by COVID-19. The small agency community once again showed a nimbleness and willingness to pivot that in many cases outshone their big-agency brethren.
