Future is Female

Advertising Week Europe wants your help recognising exceptional leaders, fearless executives and creative visionaries by submitting nominations to the 2025 Future is Female Awards.

Nominations can be submitted by colleagues, peers, and friends. Self-nominations are always encouraged. A distinguished panel of judges — consisting of past winners, industry experts and leaders will thoughtfully select the finalists based on a blend of proven accomplishments, including demonstrated capability to drive organizational transformation, dedication to making a positive impact externally, ability to mentor others and professional endorsements.

You can submit as many nominations as you'd like — there are no entry fees, age limits or set job titles. Our aim is to celebrate women across the industry making a real difference in their workplace or community, whether they’re established professionals or emerging talent.
