The Ad Age 40 under 40 list recognizes talented individuals who have been responsible for helping to advance a business or a brand at an advertiser, agency, media, tech or marketing company in the past year. Class of 2025 entrants need to be under the age of 40 on Oct. 20, 2025 to qualify.
Entries open May 19, 2025; the final deadline to enter is July 24, 2025.
