Ad Age Leading Women & Rising Star Awards

The Ad Age Leading Women program, formerly Women to Watch, has been celebrating women who create opportunities and drive transformation within the industry for more than 20 years. It's been our privilege to watch these women continue to succeed, many of them now industry icons in their own right. Previously a U.S.-only program, in 2022 we opened the program to entrants from around the globe.

For the fourth consecutive year, Ad Age will also celebrate up-and-coming talent with the Rising Star award.

Entries open March 25, 2025; the final deadline is May 14, 2025.
