Individuals and organisations benefit from strength and difference. We need people in our industry championing inclusivity at every level and from every background. That’s why the IPA iList is back.
It doesn’t matter what level a person works at. If they’re doing something that fosters and nurtures more inclusivity, whether that’s in the way they work or the actual work they produce, this is the moment to nominate them. It can be a colleague, a supplier, it can be yourself. It is free to enter.
