With organizations across consumer insights scrambling to assess if and how Generative AI can effectively be leveraged in its processes, we must pause to consider the repercussions. AI is prone to bias, we hear. How, exactly? What can be done to identify and mitigate bias and ensure processes automated for time and cost savings do not become deleterious and counteract efforts to make insights more inclusive, equitable, and accessible?
