Women at the Top - Pre Summit 2023

What do women need to reach leadership positions in companies and society? What are the tools that can help them succeed? Experts from businesses and other organisations across Italy and beyond will answer these questions in the first event in the Women at the Top Italy series. Brought to you by Il Sole 24 Ore in collaboration with the Financial Times, this digital afternoon event will celebrate influential women and their success stories. The discussions will also provide an opportunity to reflect on cultural differences between Italy and other countries, and will feature a live link-up with the Financial Times Women in Business Summit Americas, taking place simultaneously in New York.
