Submission requirements

Contact Details
Please make sure all contact details are submitted for both the person being nominated and the person submitting the entry (if different to the nominee).

600 Words Maximum
Please do not exceed the word count. This can be split across the four categories (e.g. 150 words per category) or you could dedicate all 600 words to just one category. If you go over, you risk your submission not being valid.

Images
Please make sure you attach an image of the nominee and your company logo to the email when you submit the entry form.
