Every year since 2018, ANA has been benchmarking the gender and ethnic diversity among its members. The 2022 report, issued in November, reveals that representation of women in the industry overall and in leadership positions continues to be strong. Further, there has been an increase in the ethnic diversity of the marketing teams of ANA member companies — the most significant growth of ethnic diversity in the five-year history of this report! This session will take you though the details.
