The strongest influencer strategies require a thorough contract to not only ensure the brand partner delivers on their promised content, but that they do so in a way that protects brand equity. Hear how the team at NERF secured these influencer partnerships, impacts of the content they’ve produced to date, and plans for future engagements.

VI. AD NET ZERO: NET ZERO CREATIVE PRODUCTION (12:00 – 12:45PM ET)
The advertising industry plays a vital role in reducing its carbon footprint. Introducing Ad Net Zero, with the mission of unifying the advertising industry around a common measurement framework, tools, practices, and actions to reduce the carbon impact of producing and distributing advertising to real net zero. In this session, Ad Net Zero will explore the importance of taking steps to mitigate the carbon crisis across the production process. They will share examples of how the production world is stepping up to curb carbon without compromising quality.

VII. TPC: COMMERCIAL PRODUCTION TAX INCENTIVES (12:45 – 1:30PM ET)
Many states offer financial production incentives to advertisers who shoot commercials in their states. The savings can be quite significant, often ranging from between 10 and 40 percent of qualified production spend in that state. TPC will deliver an overview of commercial production tax incentive programs that advertisers can earn across the US and several territories.
