Now in its 9th year, the Retail Innovator Awards spotlight individual executives who created tangible and positive change for their businesses. Ideal candidates have:

1. Implemented a new technology to support specific business goals. 
2. Spearheaded a broader initiative that inspired business (or functional) transformation. 
3. Supported the business, helping drive specific KPIs and other measures of success. 
4. Dedicated their careers to supporting the industry in the form of mentorship, education, empowerment and/or community building.
