Thought Leaders is a “by-invitation-only” retreat that brings together the sports industry’s most senior executives for a time of information sharing, dynamic speakers, outdoor activities and peer-level relationship building. The event provides attendees with the opportunity to address important topics outside the scope of day-to-day sports business, such as leadership, creativity, innovation, social justice, work/life balance and diversity and inclusion.

In the past, the guest list for our Thought Leaders event was exclusively for current and past Sports Business Journal Forty Under 40 honorees, Game Changers honorees, Champions and Lifetime Award winners. However, in recent years, we have broadened this event to include a select group of the industry’s most senior-level executives.
