The CFO’s role within the organization has never been more important than it is in this moment. Fallout from the pandemic, and the acceleration of digital transformation across industries, are producing both incredible opportunity and significant risk for businesses and their leadership teams. To help CFOs navigate this challenging landscape, Fortune is building a community for finance chiefs keen to engage with and learn from colleagues across industries. In partnership with Workday, our CFO Collaborative series will mine insights from some of the world’s top business leaders, including former CFOs-turned-CEOs, about the evolving CFO role. We’ll focus on the quantum shifts CFOs are tackling, including how to interpret and leverage the massive explosion of data, and how to balance short-term financial targets with long-term stakeholder capitalism and ESG goals. Our sessions will be interactive and peer driven, facilitated by Fortune senior journalists.
